OHS Academy leads education and training initiatives for occupational health and safety in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, with a special focus on senior management in construction and high-responsibility enterprise settings.
Our mission is to reduce the incidence and severity of occupational injuries and diseases.
Employers hold the primary duty of care, but safe outcomes depend on the competence of every level of leadership. OHS Academy helps directors, managers, supervisors, and professionals understand the decisions that shape workplace risk long before an incident occurs.
The Academy’s strategy was endorsed in January 2022 and developed into a practical work plan supporting coordinated training, access to quality education, consistent senior management standards, curriculum integration, and professional specialist development.
